What we collect on this website

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site: pages viewed, how long visitors stay, the type of device and browser, the general area they browse from (city or region level), and whether they tap our call, WhatsApp or directions buttons. Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart. We do not use this information to identify you personally, and Google Analytics 4 does not store your full IP address.

We do not run advertising cookies, and we do not collect names, phone numbers or payment details through this website. Card payments at the Water ATM are handled by the payment terminal and your bank, not by this website.

Why we collect it

To see which pages are useful, fix problems, and understand how customers find us, so we can improve our service. This is our legitimate interest in running the business.

Who processes it

Google LLC processes Google Analytics data on our behalf and may store it outside South Africa. See Google's privacy policy. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare.

How long we keep it

Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months, then deleted automatically.

Your choices and rights

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. Under POPIA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its processing. Contact us using the details above. You may also complain to the Information Regulator.

WhatsApp and phone

If you contact us by WhatsApp or phone, we use your number and messages only to answer you and handle your order. We will only send you updates or specials if you ask to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
